Job title: Leasing Executive

Location: Brighton

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (1x day off in lieu in week)

Salary: ££32,000 basic £10k performance based bonus paid on occupancy based target (98%) (paid quarterly) 20% discretionary year-end linked bonus

To oversee lettings management services for a new build BTR development comprising 229 apartments in Brighton. Responsibilities include administration, compliance, marketing, and team management to ensure exceptional service from enquiry to deposit return.Reporting Structure: Reporting to the General Manager, responsible for reporting/presenting and developing new leasing strategies for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data systems.
  • Ensuring presentation standards of available apartments are maintained through regular spot checks and coordination with cleaning teams.
  • Coordinating online marketing efforts for available apartments.
  • Compiling demographic data, reports, and information for analysis.
  • Responding to enquiries within agreed service levels.
  • Coordinating with third-party agents as necessary.
  • Conducting regular rent analysis of the local market in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers.
  • Completing applicant vetting requirements and new let paperwork.
  • Compiling letting performance data for discussions with stakeholders.
  • Coordinating resident communication via various channels, including social media.
  • Advising on recommended rents and coordinating renewal communications and negotiations.
  • Ensuring preparation of arrival packs and keys for tenant move-ins.
  • Contributing to community building efforts through communication, events, and innovations.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects assigned by the General Manager.
  • Providing first-class customer service to residents and applicants.
