An amazing opportunity has arisen in a highly respected International Property Company to join their team. The role will be supporting the Lettings Operation and Property Management teams with general lettings administration. We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Job Requirements
- Respond to email and phone enquires
- Prepare check in and check out reports
- Ensure resident issues and service requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist with the collection of rents while ensuring the collection and deposits are handled on time
- Assist with the monitoring of compliance
