As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the property management operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing all aspects of the tenancy administration process from start to finish, including creating tenancy agreements, processing reference checks, and handling move-in and move-out procedures.
Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for property maintenance and repairs.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using our property management software.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the property sector, ideally in residential lettings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
