As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the property management operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the tenancy administration process from start to finish, including creating tenancy agreements, processing reference checks, and handling move-in and move-out procedures.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for property maintenance and repairs.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using our property management software.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the property sector, ideally in residential lettings.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

  • A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
