Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Location: West London

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week in the office (Hybrid working after probation)

Are you a bubbly and driven Lettings Administrator with a passion for the property industry? Our client is looking for someone to join their team at one of their luxurious offices based in West London.


  • Assist the lettings team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate property viewings and manage appointment schedules
  • Process and manage tenancy applications and agreements
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, availability, and tenancy details
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords
  • Support the team in achieving lettings targets and objectives


  • Previous experience in a Lettings Administrator role is pivotal
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and lettings regulations
