Lettings Manager Wanted for Boutique Agency in Ladbroke Grove
A dynamic and growing boutique agency in Ladbroke Grove is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent customer service skills and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of property lettings, from finding and vetting tenants to negotiating lease terms and managing move-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance as required.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and increase occupancy rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, property performance, and tenant feedback.
- Manage a team of property managers, providing training and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in the property industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Knowledge of the local property market and up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
