• Oversee all aspects of property lettings, from finding and vetting tenants to negotiating lease terms and managing move-ins.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and guidance as required.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and increase occupancy rates.
• Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, property performance, and tenant feedback.
• Manage a team of property managers, providing training and support to ensure their success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in the property industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
• Knowledge of the local property market and up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
