Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with potential tenants and guide them through the rental process with professionalism and charm.

  • Property Showcasing: Showcase the stunning Co-Living spaces to prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.

  • Negotiation: Use your negotiation skills to secure tenancy agreements that benefit both the tenant and the community.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the smooth running of the Lettings department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property lettings or a related field is a plus but not essential - our client value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
