Position: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (1 in 2 weekends)
Benefits: Car required (petrol reimbursed)

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of our client. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements with prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the developer's team to stay informed about upcoming projects and available properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the letting process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car (petrol expenses reimbursed).
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
