This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office are looking to continue growth plans by adding another negotiator to there already well-established lettings team.

With a huge managed portfolio already, there is opportunity to let a wide variety of stock whether it be from current investors alongside new business. The business operates on an international level and would expect said negotiator to understand ROI's and Yield's in order to speak to investors from overseas. To put it into context from this one office they manage over 800 properties!

Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. The company offer a wide range of career progression and have clear metrics in place to climb the ladder. You will be working closely alongside a Branch manager, Head of department and an Assistant manager, between them offer years of knowledge to help you progress quickly.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £18,000 with this increasing to £19,000 once you have passed your NFOBB achievement (Paid by the company, usually takes 3 - 6 months). First year achievable on target earnings work out at £35,000.

Commissions are paid on a monthly basis this resulting in year two earnings being significantly higher as you build your pipeline, expect £50,000+ in year two. Working pattern is five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.

Alongside all the above this company offer two hours of free time during the working week per week, you can use this time for early finishes, extended lunches etc... This is their way of giving back and creating a better working life balance!

The ideal candidate:

  • 12 months minimum estate agency experience
  • Track record of successful billings
  • A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
  • Great customer service skills
