Lettings Valuer, Chiswick & Ealing
We have an exciting role to join a fiercely successful firm who have one of the strongest market shares in London. The role will be valuing and listing properties for letting across the Ealing and Chiswick patches, you will be an integral part of the team and be focused on delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords
- Conduct valuations and win instructions for letting
- Develop, motivate and train members of the team
- Increase market share & support business development objectives
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure continued growth
- Work closely with senior management on high profile instructions
- Maintain continuous contact with landlords and tenants
Who are you?
