Job description

The Client:

This is the biggest and most exciting new build development in the UK today. This regeneration is one of a kind and is being masterminded by the most forward thinking developers putting people at the forefront of everything they do. You will be a part of a huge community of employees working, playing and achieving together!

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining a relationship with the buyer from the point they exchange to the day that they move into their apartment.
  • You will liaise with the buyers to update them on the progress of their properties build.
  • You will help them choose finishing touches such as furniture and interior design choices.
  • You will also ensure that all the sales are progressed through liaising with solicitors.
  • You will be working within a team of 3 and there is a clear career path for progression.

About you:

  • You will enjoy building longstanding relationships with buyers - you enjoy regularly keeping in touch with them.
  • Looking for a candidate with customer facing experience in property.
  • You might be someone with high-end customer service experience
  • You will be un-phased by disgruntled buyers and be a real problem solver!

The Benefit:

  • Great work life balance - Monday to Friday (9-5pm)
  • £38-42k basic + 25% bonus based on personal/company performance
  • 10% employer contribution to pension + Private medical insurance
