Job Summary: As a Luxury New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling prestigious properties developed across West London. This exciting position requires exceptional sales skills, a strong knowledge of the luxury property market, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to the completion of the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Proactively engage with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of luxury new homes.
- Provide personalised tours of the show homes, explaining unique selling points and answering any questions or concerns.
- Develop a deep understanding of the properties, amenities, and neighbourhood to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to finalising contracts and securing sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing information, and relevant documentation to potential buyers.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Coordinate with other departments such as finance, legal, and marketing to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
Market Knowledge and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up to date with current market trends, luxury property developments, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct market analysis to understand buyer preferences, pricing strategies, and market demand.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the overall sales success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably with new homes or high-end residential properties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of the luxury property market in West London, including an understanding of local demographics, amenities, and market trends.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
