Luxury Retirement New Homes Advisor

£35k base rate + £500 commission per exchange

North West London

Knowledgable of the areas of Notting Hill, St John's Wood, Hampstead Heath and it's clientele?

Have you previously sold luxury goods and looking to explore your expertise in a new market? 

 

A rare opportunity on a temp to permanent basis has arisen for an experience New Homes Sales advisor, selling luxury properties to the retirement sector and offering stellar customer service along the way. Based on site, you will become an expert on every aspect of the development and build imperative relationships with prospective owners, giving them a truly first-class experience. Your role will be to guide new residents from first contact through reservation, exchange, and onto occupation at this magnificent scheme. 

What does the role involve?

  • Achieving sales through confident and knowledgeable demonstration of the development, lifestyle and benefits of amenities during viewings.
  • Using CRM system Salesforce to input fully qualified information and ensure residents are registered accurately.
  • Providing weekly reservations and pipeline reports to duty management.
  • Keeping the sales office and show apartment kept to a high standard of presentation at all times.
  • Anwering any queries over the phone, maintaining office inbox and keeping track of any inbound leads.

What is required?

  • A consultative and patient approach - you will need to demonstrate excellent understanding of the area and property, providing reassuring and knowledgable advice to clientele.
  • Sales experience, ideally within luxury property / retirement sales (sales experience within an alternative luxury market also considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. You are adept at working to target.

40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday
