I'm working with an exciting build-to-rent owner operator who are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the team in Wembley.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are impeccably maintained to exceed resident expectations. Collaborating closely with the Resident Team, your responsibilities will encompass managing maintenance cases, readying apartments for new residents, and maintaining our spaces at the highest standards. Your customer-facing skills, adeptness with IT systems, and experience with CRM platforms will be invaluable in this role. While a trade background is advantageous, a knack for general maintenance tasks coupled with an adaptable and positive mindset will set you up for success.
Your duties will involve:
- Promptly addressing reported maintenance cases to resolution
- Keeping track of case statuses on our CRM platform
- Conducting comprehensive pre-and post-tenancy apartment checks
- Ensuring apartment inventories meet our quality benchmarks
- Contributing to maintaining building compliance and safety measures
- Actively participating in performance reviews, aligning with company values, and adhering to policies
- Demonstrating efficient resource utilization in support of our sustainability goals
Desired qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency in IT, including familiarity with issue tracking systems
- Administrative prowess and previous experience with CRM platforms
- Capability to handle general maintenance tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Flexibility to attend to occasional emergency site matters beyond regular hours
