Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Location: Wembley
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,000
Working Hours: Monday- Friday (Every other Saturday)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment on-site.
- Perform repairs, troubleshoot issues, and handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- To assist with minor plumbing and electrical matters
- Provide first class customer service to residents
- Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented and appealing to prospective tenants at all time
- undertaking minor maintenance tasks, using basic tools and painting and decorating.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance operative or a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
