VIP New Homes Customer Experience Executive

Salary: 35 - 40k (depending on experience)

Location: Vauxhall

Lunch provided daily!

This role is to be the main point of contact for the VIP purchasers across three high end residential buildings in Vauxhall.

A pivotal role, you'll be the main communicator between contractors, residents and clients alike for a renowned and respected Customer Experience provider.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Must have residential or hospitality experience, or equivalent experience working with high net-worth individuals
• 4+ years working in customer care.
• You are highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.
• A natural rapport builder, with great email and telephone etiquette!
