Marketing and Social Media Manager

We are now seeking a Marketing and Social Media Manager to join a leading Estate Agent in Swindon. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and social media campaigns
  • Create content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media
  • Create marketing materials, including leaflets and digital content
  • Write copy for marketing materials and social media posts
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience in creating marketing materials, including leaflets and digital content
  • Ability to create & implement strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers 25 days of holiday plus birthday leave, and is flexible with working from home.
