As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies to help promote and sell our real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to create targeted marketing plans
• Manage the company's social media accounts and website
• Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
