The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to create targeted marketing plans
- Manage the company's social media accounts and website
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
