This is a 12-month FTC to work in a dynamic 360 Marketing role for one of London's most iconic developers. With your own sites to manage, and full autonomy of everything you bring on, this isn't your typical Marketing Executive role.

Our client focuses on building a capital for everyone who wants to live and work here, with high quality affordable homes in communities that promote a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing collateral for the current portfolio and future developments
  • Ensure advertising schedules are on time and on budget
  • Content creation and management of social media platforms
  • Planning and delivering end-to-end strategic campaigns across all appropriate channels - email, media, content marketing, advertising, social media and PR
  • Demonstrate budget control and ROI
  • CGI & brochure creation

What you'll need:

A successful candidate for this position, will need to have Residential Developer experience, be passionate and driven.

  • 2yrs + experience in Marketing
  • Experience in Residential Property
  • Marketing Degree (desirable)
  • Highly organised with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Passionate and innovative
  • Team player who can take initiative with their own projects
