Job description
I am working with one of the most respected names in the UK property market, with a reputation for creating exceptional homes in some of the most sought-after locations. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing these exceptional developments to life, helping to showcase their unique character and appeal to discerning buyers across the UK and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the media schedule by creating innovative ways to market the development through press, outdoor media, and digital media, including social media
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Web trends, SEO and PPC, and track conversion rates and web traffic
- Plan and execute innovative UK events
- Manage Rightmove and Zoopla by refreshing content and copy weekly, creating online creative, banners, and MPU's
- Book, coordinate and manage email campaigns and portal databases
- Create, manage and deliver sales signage, flags and hoarding
- Coordinate with international offices to ensure they have necessary marketing collateral
- Manage preparation, planning, and management of all overseas exhibitions
- Implement and manage all other promotional activities
- Deliver marketing tools to assist the sales process, including development models, CGI imagery, interactive apartment finders, promotional videos and fly-throughs
- Plan, develop concepts and execute marketing campaigns in line with sales events
- Assist with the production of award entries
- Maintain schedules for marketing activity, events, awards, contacts, and agency rosters
- Coordinate and book photographers, and ensure imagery is correctly labelled and added to the image database
- Assist with the development of quarterly residents' newsletter
- Collate community stories and liaise between PR agency and external stakeholders for development of these
- Assist with organisation of community events such as residents' parties, fetes, and promotional events
- Meet and manage external agencies to ensure all project lead objectives are met in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in property development or within the property industry
- Marketing degree desired
- Proficient in design software (Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics C360
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to effectively review and proofread all marketing material
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
