We are working with a fantastic leading developer who focus on regenerating sites to create new communities around London. This company is committed to creating homes and places of exceptional quality. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be required to plan and execute all marketing, public relations, and communications activity for their respective development(s).

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Working with in-house designers and external agencies to develop all sales and marketing tools
  • Planning and managing all events, including sales launches, sponsorships, charity initiatives, placemaking and community events.
  • Managing the preparation, planning and management of all overseas exhibitions
  • Working with appointed media agency to plan, book and measure targeted media, across print, digital and outdoor channels
  • Implementing and maintaining development PR strategies
  • Working with Sales & Marketing Assistant to manage regular email communications and online portal listings, monitoring, and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Managing development web pages to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Commissioning and managing all photography, including lifestyle, product, site and event shoots.
  • Working with interior designers to furnish new marketing suites and show
  • Working with appointed media agency to plan, book and measure targeted media, across print, digital and outdoor channels.

  • Excellent level of general computer literacy
  • Ability to effectively present information and produce reports
  • Ability to work logically, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Business-like and professional both in appearance and manner

Personal Attributes

In order to be considered for this position you need to have experience working for a New Homes developer, either currently or previously. Without this experience, unfortunately at this stage we are unable to consider you for this position.

The ideally candidate will have a minimum upper second-class degree in a relevant subject and CIM qualification desirable. Ideally 4 years' experience in a marketing role.

Salary is dependent on experience.
