I have an extremely exciting opportunity to join a respected company within the Real Estate industry. They are a well-known force in Property, known building and delivering homes at the highest standard with community being at the heart of everything they do.

What You'll Do:

Your role as a Marketing Manager is to create and develop the overall sales and marketing strategy for each new site after acquisition including the creation of the brand, the design and production of marketing material and the set-up of the sales office and show homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to manage the set-up of a new development from land acquisition and preparation of the sales and marketing strategy and budgets through to the sales launch of the sales office and show homes, including interior design and installation, landscaping, signage, and presentation.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, adverts, hoardings and site signage, offline leaflets and invitations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Promote site specific public relations stories and those promoting the brand.
  • Attend and play key role in development specific meetings with project team from conception of each development through to sales launch and liaising with design, technical and production teams.
  • Directly manage the Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Executive.
  • Create and deliver a pre-launch marketing campaign to drive visitors to the launch.
  • Set up the sales and marketing budget for each development.

What You'll Need:

  • Marketing Degree or CIM qualification
  • Experience working for a Residential Developer
  • Be driven and ambitious
  • 5+ minimum years working within Marketing
  • Must drive
