Overview: As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property sales by providing expert mortgage and insurance advice to our clients' customers. You will collaborate closely with real estate agents, potential buyers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer professional mortgage advice tailored to individual customer needs.
• Identify and recommend suitable mortgage and insurance products to prospective property buyers.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine the affordability of mortgage options.
• Stay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
