Responsibilities: As a Mortgage Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating seamless mortgage processes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their mortgage needs and financial situations.
• Advising clients on the most suitable mortgage options available, based on their requirements.
• Liaising with lending institutions, banks, and mortgage brokers to secure favourable mortgage terms.
• Guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Keeping clients informed about the status of their mortgage applications and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and real estate agents.
• Staying updated on the latest mortgage regulations, market trends, and industry developments.
• Contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing team by providing valuable insights and support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Manager or in a similar role within the real estate or financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and lending processes.
• Strong understanding of the property market and current industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
