deverellsmith have partnered with a leading consultancy in the Central London Residential Development market to find someone to join their team as an associate.
The Role:
- You will work within a small team of experts to advise and create strategy for some of the most prestigious central London developments
- You will assist with marketing related activities to ensure the developments have the right identity - you could use your creative side through advising on the website, show suite layout, launch events and more
- You will conduct thorough market research enabling you to put together in depth market reports
- You will be involved with pitching to new clients and must be very confident with Excel & PowerPoint
The Details:
- £40 - 50k basic salary depending on experience (+ bonus & car allowance)
- Monday to Friday (9 - 5.30pm)
- 4 days per week in the office with 1 day WFH
- The team is small and they work closely together, you will have the opportunity to get involvement with lots of areas of the business which will enable you to progress quickly.
Your experience:
- You must have knowledge of the London New Homes market
- Ideally you will have experience with Molior & Land Insight
- You will be able to confidently create market reports through conducting market research
- You must have experience of pricing developments
