We are seeking a confident, amicable individual with meticulous communication skills and customer service skills.
This role will entail ensuring the smooth running of the aftercare process, guaranteeing admin processes and procedures are tight-knit and recorded correctly. This person is responsible for managing incoming tickets and queries from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries with meticulous attention to detail
- Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved and repairs are scheduled efficiently
- Issuing and following up to defect notifications
- Maintaining files / logs / databases
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the property industry
- 2 years experience in Customer Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
