Interested in working for one of the UK's leading property developers? Our highly reputable, nationally renowned clients are growing exponentially, therefore are currently seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join their expanding team!

We are seeking a confident, amicable individual with meticulous communication skills and customer service skills.

This role will entail ensuring the smooth running of the aftercare process, guaranteeing admin processes and procedures are tight-knit and recorded correctly. This person is responsible for managing incoming tickets and queries from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries with meticulous attention to detail
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure customer queries are resolved and repairs are scheduled efficiently
  • Issuing and following up to defect notifications
  • Maintaining files / logs / databases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the property industry
  • 2 years experience in Customer Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Start ASAP
