New Homes Sales Advisor - Barking

Dynamic and motivated sales consultant wanted to join a team on a temporary/ part -time basis. Selling brand new homes in Barking!

• Flexible shifts; working day 10am-6pm.
• £13ph plus holiday pay (£27k pro rata).
• Weekly pay on a Friday.

You will be responsible for showcasing stunning properties to potential buyers and guiding them through the sales process. Answering the phones and taking diligent notes for the permanent team will be needed.

This is a temporary position with an immediate start, offering weekly pay and the potential for real progression into the new homes industry.

You'll need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a natural flair for sales.
• Confidence in presenting properties and negotiating with potential buyers, with the ability to close sales and secure deposits.
