As a key player in the sales force, you'll be responsible for showcasing and selling an exceptional portfolio of new homes to prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property tours and effectively presenting the unique features of quality new homes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the home buying process.
- Collaborating with developers, builders, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.
- Staying current on market trends and industry updates.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in new homes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
