We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a team in Central London. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals.
- Generating and managing leads through various channels, including social media, online portals, and referrals.
- Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about the properties to potential buyers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiating with potential buyers to close sales deals.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor's offerings.
- At least 1 year of experience in new homes sales, preferably in the London market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A good understanding of the property market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required.
- A passion for sales and meeting targets.
