We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a team in Central London. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating and managing leads through various channels, including social media, online portals, and referrals.
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information about the properties to potential buyers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Negotiating with potential buyers to close sales deals.
• Providing excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor's offerings.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in new homes sales, preferably in the London market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A good understanding of the property market and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required.
• A passion for sales and meeting targets.
