Key Responsibilities:
- Selling new homes within a designated development in Central London
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Managing customer enquiries, conducting viewings, and closing sales
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and keeping them updated on progress
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on the development, local area, and amenities
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and plans
- Representing the company at property exhibitions and events
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the property market trends
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in new homes sales within the London market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- A proactive and driven approach to sales
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for property and the London real estate market
