Deverellsmith are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join one of our client's New Homes team in Ashford. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 year's experience in New Homes sales, with a proven track record of selling luxurious properties.

Our client is one of the Kent's leading house builders in selling luxury properties and are also multi-award winning. This is a 15-year scheme, so are seeking someone who wants longevity. Our clients price point is up to £700,000 with high specification, making them stand out from their competitors. If you are looking for a work/life balance, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you! You must have previous New Homes sales experience, and this will be a temporary to permanent job role with an immediate start date.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
- Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
What's on offer?
- Up to £28,000 basic with uncapped commission.
- Working every weekend - with Tuesday and Wednesday off
