​Are you an ambitious Sales Consultant who wants a chance to work for a prestigious, award winning housing developer? Our client has an opportunity for a new homes sales consultant to join their fabulous team in a stunning development in East London. 

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to communicate exceptionally with a large variety of individuals. You will be confident, well presented, and able to keep organised. In return our client can offer amazing progression opportunities for you alongside a competitive salary. 

New Homes Sales Consultant Main responsibilities:

  • To maintain sales targets on the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget

  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism at all times and with everyone you come into contact with 

  • Provide exceptional customer service  

  • To liaise with the project and customer service departments as required 

  • Building and maintaining relationships 

  • Paying up to £15ph PLUS commission

Previous New homes experience is ideal but not essential however, previous experience in a customer facing role is a must.
