Salary: £28,000 per annum + Commission

As a Luxury New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling high-end properties, providing exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Showcase and sell luxury new homes to prospective buyers, showcasing the unique features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits of the properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct property tours and host exclusive events to create memorable experiences for potential buyers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process with professionalism and expertise.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the real estate industry to effectively position and sell the luxury properties.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, including marketing and finance, to ensure seamless sales transactions and exceed customer expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning attractive commissions based on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in luxury property sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and engaging sales style.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Slough, including understanding of luxury property trends, pricing, and financing options.
  • Customer focused, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
