A rare and super special opportunity has become available to join a 5-star house-builder, on-site, covering maternity leave for 12 months. This is an utterly fabulous development in Berkshire working with one of our most forward-thinking, innovative clients in the Home Counties.

We are looking to speak with New Homes Sales Consultants with proven New Homes Sales experience, passion and flair, who can start ASAP and can competently and confidently hit the ground running.

Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to Sunningdale. This will be a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave, where you will be heavily involved in the initial sales & marketing working closely with senior management and the wider team.

Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and sell and work amongst a close-knit team.

Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for you to go permanent as our client has exceptional growth plans and maybe looking to expand the team further.

Job Requirements:

  • ASAP start date... short notice period
  • New Homes sales experience is ideal, especially selling to HNW individuals
  • Well presented with exceptional people skills
  • Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development
  • Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
  • Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
  • Assume responsibility for resolving customer's issues efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
  • Liaising with various agents and international buyers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
