New Homes Sales Consultant - Wandsworth

Calling all talented and experienced New Homes Sales Consultants to join a brand new scheme in South West London!

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and progressive sales professional to join a company with a strong brand and reputation.

Pay: £35k day rate equivalent + £175 per plot + holiday pay

Duration: 9 months approx (or until site sells out!)

Start: Immediate

Shifts: 5 days per week, with one other sales consultant. Between the two of you, you can arrange days off fairly via rota system.

You'll be busy with:

* Selling brand new homes within a designated marketing suite in a leafy area of south west London

* Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process

* Managing customer enquiries, conducting viewings, and closing sales

* Maintaining regular contact with customers and keeping them updated on progress

* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on the development, local area, and amenities

* Working closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and plans

* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the property market trends

You'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in new homes sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• A proactive approach to sales
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A passion for property and the new homes market!
