Wanted: Talented New Homes Sales Executive in York!
Do you have experience selling shared ownership and ready to jump into your next role?
- £16.03 - £17.63 per hour PAYE + holiday and commission (£30k basic equivalent)
- £120.00 commission per sale
- 9am - 5pm, Tuesday + Wednesday off, 5 days per week.
- 3 month intial contract with view to extend - this role is ideal for anyone looking to get back into work after sabbatical/career break/parental leave.
Work from our stylish Marketing Suite, collaborating closely with a small, supportive team registering new applicants and confirming sales. With 46 private and 42 Shared Ownership units left to sell, you'll play a crucial role in providing the ultimate new home for first time buyers.
You'll need:
- experience selling Shared Ownership properties
- Excellent customer services and sales.
- Ability to interact with clients, build good rapport and team player.
