Salary: £30,000 base salary + OTE £50,000
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role: As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in selling high-quality new homes within the picturesque surroundings of Berkhamsted. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with potential buyers and providing them with detailed information about available properties.
- Conducting property tours and showcasing the unique features and benefits of each home.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
