Location: Tring

Salary: £30,000, OTE £50,000

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Our client, a leading real estate company in Tring, is seeking a New Homes Sales Executive to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

About the Role: As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's exceptional range of new homes. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential buyers, understand their needs, showcase the benefits of the properties, and guide them through the sales process. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and receive comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers and provide them with detailed information about the available new homes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Conduct property tours and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the homes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work 10am to 5:30pm.
