The Client:
An exceptional Land & New Homes team who are experts in London and the Home Counties. They have a strong presence across East and Cental London and are looking to grow that out across South West London, giving you the opportunity to be spear heading that growth.
With a large number of front offices, their reach is far and wide meaning there is lots of opportunity.

The Role:
- You will report directly into the New Homes Director and together you will pitch and win business in South West London
- You will be responsible for managing the current portfolio of developments as well as managing the sales team
- Monday to Friday role
- £75k OTE Y1, significant growth Y2
About you:
- You will know the New Homes industry like the back of your hand and have a desire to be a part of something big
- You will have exceptional people management skills
- You will have a strong track record of sales and implementing sales strategy
