Are you an experienced off-plan homes seller ready for your next role?
*TEMP TO PERM POSITION*
Working for one of the UK's most prominent house builders, you'd play a central role in qualifying excited new homes buyers and closing the sale!
- Immediate start - temp to perm contract - ideal for anyone who wants a running start!
- Up to £30k basic plus commission for a total package of 50k
- 10 - 6pm working hours, 5 days per week
You'll need:
- To be able to confidently sell properties off-plan to first time buyers, down-sizers and overseas investors.
- Natural rapport building and people skills.
- Curiosity and passion about the area you are selling. What are local schools like? Recommended shops? Value for money? etc.
If would be a huge bonus if:
- You know the North London area (specifically Enfield, Wood Green, Borehamwood, Barnet, Tottenham).
