We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading house builder on a gorgeous development in Essex.
This business is on track to be the largest privately owned developer in the UK, they have a large land bank and pipeline of exciting developments which will afford you career progression and security.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers
- Qualifying and negotiating offers to purchase
- Conducting property viewings and presenting properties to potential buyers
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business
- Providing support and guidance to junior sales negotiators
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in the New Homes market is preferred
The Role:
- Up to £33k basic + commission
- Extensive training and career development opportunities.
- Thursday to Monday working week
