deverellsmith are seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator to be based on a Large New Homes Scheme in Surrey. The scheme is situated in the picteresque Surrey Hills and is a mix of 2,3,4 and 5 bed houses.

The role:

  • You will be selling both off-plan and turnkey properties to buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process.
  • This role is part of a team of consultants who you can work with and learn from but you must have at least a years experienc selling New Build homes.

The Finer details:

  • On target earnings of £40-50k (basic salary up to £27k)

  • Tonnes of spot bonuses to give hard workers the opportunity to over earn their OTE
