What would I be doing?
You will act as the face of the building for residents as they come and go, answering the telephone, assisting with administration and deliveries where needed.
What's expected?
Days + hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 6pm - 6am shifts.
You'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role; be it concierge, student accommodation or property management.
- Competency using computer software and CRM systems.
- A friendly and approachable outlook. You'll get to know the residents well!
