Our client is looking for an office administrator on a 1-year FTC to join their central London office, based within easy walking distance of Vauxhall, Pimlico, and Westminster stations.

What you will do:

As an office administrator, you will take part in a variety of roles in a dynamic, friendly team:

  • Collecting post/DX and scanning and saving as and when relevant.
  • Producing cover letters and emails, whilst working with legal Pas and managing solicitor files both electronic and hard copy.
  • Dealing with and transferring phone calls and working with excel spreadsheets.
  • Scanning correspondence and legal documents.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30AM-5:30PM
  • 25-day holiday, with 3 to be taken between Christmas and New Years
  • £28,000 to £35,000 per annum (1 year FTC)
