Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and emails, providing a warm and professional first point of contact.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative duties to ensure smooth work-flow.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate effective communication and information flow.

Qualifications and Skills:
