Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator - Poplar Riverside

Position: Office Coordinator
Location: Poplar Riverside, London
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Manage front desk activities, including phone calls, emails, and office supplies
  • Coordinate office events and meetings
  • Assist in general administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


  • Opportunity for career progression (previous incumbents have moved into Sales, Customer Care, Construction)
  • Office-based role with available parking
  • Flexible working hours (ideally 7.45 am - 4.45 pm or 8 am - 5 pm)
  • Flex hours can be utilised a couple of times a week (7 am to 6 pm)
  • Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
