Job Title: Office Coordinator

Location: East London, Stratford

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, office-based

An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and charismatic administrator looking to work with a reputable and well-respected property developer in the UK. Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to assit with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.

  • Office Management: Oversee general office duties, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or in a similar role.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
