An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic and charismatic administrator looking to work with a reputable and well-respected property developer in the UK. Our client is looking for an Office Coordinator to assit with administrative duties.
As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Office Management: Oversee general office duties, including maintaining office supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
Event Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for team members as needed.
Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or in a similar role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
