Role: Office Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: £28k to £30k

Role Overview: As an Office Manager, you will oversee a small team of two. Your main responsibilities will include managing paperwork processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office systems and software to enhance customer journey and efficiency, and overseeing third-party providers.
You'll also be responsible for managing our client's fleet and vehicles, handling general office supplies, resourcing IT requirements, and managing office maintenance. Additionally, you'll handle general inquiries, ensure compliance with regulations, and progress your own files. While property experience is desirable, we welcome applications from candidates with a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Oversee paperwork processes and office systems to enhance efficiency
- Manage third-party providers and office maintenance
- Handle general inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations
- Progress own files and ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage fleet and vehicle operations
- Resource IT requirements and handle office supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of property management or willingness to learn is advantageous
