Role: Operations Manager
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Dependent on business needs some weekends and evenings maybe required
I'm currently partnered with a leading student accommodation company who are looking for an Operations Manager in Southampton to join their team. As part of our vibrant team, you'll oversee property operations, ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for residents and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property operations, sales, and rent collection.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
- Collaborate with teams for student welfare and facility management.
- Handle tenancy agreements and debt management.
- Participate in events and training for professional development.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in management, preferably in student accommodation.
- Strong customer service and sales experience.
- Proficiency in facilities management and ANUK guidelines.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
