PA to Head of International Team - London based.
Are you a skilled Personal Assistant, looking for a step-up in your career to work for one of the largest names in the property industry? Our client is looking for a PA to work with their International Team on an 11-month fixed term contract (FTC). They are looking for someone organised, efficient and determined to make their mark in their internationally recognised brand.
Who you will work for:
Our client is one of the largest, most recognised names in the industry, offering a multilingual service tailored to all regions and types of residential property. They put clients in touch with local property experts to help navigate the complex interactions of buying and selling certain territories. With an extensive experience in international property sales, our client works with private and institutional clients of all kinds, and work on a range of new-build schemes on a boutique basis to a major mixed-use basis.
What you will do:
As a PA for this busy, dynamic team, you will possess a range of can-do attributes that will allow you to work well alongside the wider team, contributing positively to the business:
- Inbox management - including running emails and inboxes as well as flagging emails.
- Minimum 3 years PA experience.
- Diary management experience
- Experience in creating agendas.
- Booking travel, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Ad-hoc assistance to Asia Pacific Tea (experience in working with different time zones is a bonus!)
What the client offers:
Our client offers a fun, energetic atmosphere to work in:
- 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday.
- July start date.
- 11-month FTC with a chance to be offered a permanent role!
- £32,000 to £34,000 per annum.
