Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Development Executive to join the Project Development team in Central London.

The Project Development Team plays a central role in the winning and management of large projects - often valued at £1m or more. You will be responsible for curating bids and pitches for clients across the span of the Residential markets.

This role is hybrid- normally working out of a WeWork office 3 times a week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management of bids and tenders, including running cross functional meetings, driving actions and managing changes
  • Pricing and commercial proposition for projects - working in close collaboration with senior team members
  • Working closely with the Sales Lead, and often the client, to understand and drive through the client needs
  • Raising and assist in managing any project risks
  • Managing the process of handing over full, accurate and achievable projects to the delivery and Project Management teams

The person

  • This position would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role.
  • I am particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in compliance, bids, tenders and pricing.

The Package:

  • 2 days working from home
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Salary circa £35k
